RETURN AND REFUND

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have 14 days to exercise your right to withdraw your Products without having to give reasons.    

The delivery date is deemed to be the date on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier), receives the Product(s), or, in the event of absence, the date of the delivery notice (first attempted delivery). If 14 days have passed since the date of receipt, a refund will unfortunately no longer be possible.          

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be returned in its original packaging.          

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products. Returns for these items will only be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The item contains design errors, meaning it is entirely incorrect based on the specifications provided by the Customer on our site.
  • The item differs substantially from the description or model shown to the Customer.
  • The item is defective or damaged due to issues within our factory or with the carrier.
  • The item has been sent to the incorrect address by the carrier.

Please note that, as our products are made to order, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting used in photography.

If the address provided by the Customer is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our premises. In such cases, the Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the item, once an updated address is confirmed.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

For any return request, please contact us here and include the following information:

  • a  proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Photograph of the defective product
  • Photograph of the packaging
  • Delivery address and e-mail address

Upon contacting us, we will provide a return address

Please note that

  • Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to improper care, misuse, or other customer-induced issues. Additionally, unsuccessful deliveries due to errors in the shipping address provided by the Customer, the Customer’s unavailability, or losses due to lack of secure delivery conditions at the Customer’s premises are not eligible for return or refund. Refusal to accept delivery will also result in ineligibility for a refund.                

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email confirming receipt and advising the outcome of the refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method. The refund process may take a few business days.

Note: Please be aware that banks may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return or error is due to an error on our part.          

 

*Notification to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal can not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised .
  2. sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which therefore cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?    

According to article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts “for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised”. The reason for this is that the product cannot be sold again. It is therefore impossible to modify or cancel an order in progress.
