Shipping is handled by carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DPD and DHL to give you the best possible shipping experience.
Delivery (after printing) is estimated at 3-5 working days but can take up to 5-20 days depending on the product you picked and the destination.
We will do everything possible to make sure your parcel comes quickly.

Deliveries considered late by the Customer not in any case give rise to a change in the agreed price, an order cancellation, damages and interest, a refusal to accept goods or a postponement of order settlement.

We offer shipping to Europe, the United Kingdom, the French territorial collectivities, the United States, Canada and the EFTA countries (Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein).
Customs fees :
Depending on the destination (international) and the place where your order is fulfilled , custom agencies may charge you for import fees . The cost depends on the order value and the legislation of the destination country.

We send you a tracking link for your shipments whenever the carrier offers it.
How are your products packaged for shipping?
As a general rule, all products are packaged in paper or plastic envelopes or cardboard boxes. Depending on local availability, packaging can be made from recycled, partially recycled or virgin materials. Where necessary, we use transparent sleeves, tissue paper, foam envelopes or bubble wrap to protect products from breakage or scratches.
The most common packaging used in our facilities and by our suppliers is a post-consumer recycled (rPET) plastic pouch. If there is more than one product, after placing each item in a separate transparent polymer bag, we place them all together in a recycled polyester pouch.
Recycled polyester is made from items that people recycle every day, such as plastic bags and bottles. Most of our rPET plastics are made from shopping bags and packaging film.
The amount of recycled polyester contained in the packaging differs depending on the fulfilment centre, but is at least 50% for outer envelopes (white or grey) and at least 30% for inner envelopes (clear) used for multiple mailings.
